By ordering, you have agreed with the terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions apply to all online orders placed on Film-Shnaps.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prices - Our prices are displayed in B$ or BND. Prices are exclusive of delivery. Buying - When you place an order to purchase a product from Film-Shnaps, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details and the total value of your order. Payment - Film-Shnaps only accepts cash. Privacy / security - Your personal information will not be sold, traded, rented or given away to any other firm. Returns - No refund, no exchange, damages caused by incorrect use, handling, or abuse of the item is your own responsibility.

ORDERING

1. E-mail film-shnaps at live dot com. Include these: name, phone number(s), e-mail address, item details (quantity, colour, price) and your message.

2. Also include in your e-mail the place you choose to see me - either at my place in Belait or JIS. You can drop by at JIS during lunch times on weekdays. Confirm with me.

3. Wait for confirmation. I will reply your e-mail once I've read it. If you don't get any reply from me in 48 hours since you sent the e-mail, then re-send it or drop a reminder on the tag box here.

4. Wait and be patient. I will tell you in the e-mail how long it is going to be until your orders arrive and again in another new e-mail when your orders are ready to be picked up.

5. Check your e-mail regularly. Update me if you have changed your phone numbers you gave. Don't be MIA. I will e-mail you regarding your orders.

Film-Shnaps isn't really a shop. Currently, I'm only selling a couple of cameras which is only available for a short period of time. I might be selling some other stuffs. But that depends. I don't think I'm capable with juggling shop and school stuff. P/S: Sorry, I don't do cash on delivery. I follow the money first way. Have a good day!

Update, 17th June 2009: I've closed the order for BBF (the only camera I was selling). If anyone still wants it, there must be either 5 orders or 10. That is hard to get in a short period of time. So, just e-mail if you want and I will include you in the list. Once it gets to 5 or 10, I will get the cameras from my supplier.
